Martin Mbugua

Martin is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with experience in litigation, alternate dispute resolution and regulatory compliance advisory. He has participated as part of legal team in precedence setting litigation at the High Court of Kenya and Supreme Court of Kenya handling matters in election petitions, constitutional law and judicial review, civil and commercial litigation, strategic and public interest litigation, environment and land, employment and labour relations, succession, debt collection, insurance claims management, family law, representing clients in procurement, energy, rent restriction, business premises and other tribunals, mediation arbitration & out of court settlement.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Laws Honour Degree from Jomo Kenya University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). He is a Member of the Board of Governors of St. Ann Lioki High School and a member of various Youth Advisory Boards.

Martin loves participating in youth empowerment and community development which has made him a respected leader and mentor. In addition to enjoying time away from work with his family, Martin enjoys traveling, reading scholarly magazines and journals, social interaction, listening to music and participating in sports – especially football.
